We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, Canada and Europe.
If you order prescription or blue light lenses, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

It is our goal at MC SPECS that all customer are 100% satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we have a no hassle, 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to ship an item back at no cost to you on all orders shipped in the United States.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders. Thank you for understanding.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To return an item, email email@example.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. Once verified, we will issue and email you your return label. Additionally, if you received the item and it was defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label as well, within 7 days of receiving the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll then be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
